Herbitual® is cruelty free and Leaping Bunny® certified. We don’t use steroids, harsh synthetics, parabens, phthalates, PEGS, polysorbates, sulfates, gluten, glycols, mineral oil, or artificial colorants in our formulas.
Herbitual® uses a combination of cosmetic grade botanicals and gentle synthetic ingredients to create products that utilize the healing power of nature with proven skin science. Not all natural products are harmless, nor are all synthetics harmful. Our synthetic ingredients enhance the efficacy of our products, make their application more efficient and enjoyable - and ensure potency and protection for the duration of their shelf life.

Herbitual® products are formulated for all skin types, but especially for anyone with dry, sensitive or eczema prone skin.

Herbitual® products are not vegan. We use Emu Oil in our formula. Emu Oil has been used for centuries for its ability to hydrate, soften and soothe irritated skin. If you'd like to see a vegan version of our product, let us know.
The shelf life for Herbitual® products is 24 months from manufacturing date. To ensure product isn’t compromised, always wash hands before application and store in a cool, dry place.
We do not add fragrance to our products.

Yes. No formulas or raw materials are tested on animals and we are fully committed to using alternatives to animal testing to ensure the safety of our products. We are proudly Leaping Bunny® Certified.
Our jars and lids are made from 30% and 100% PCR respectively - and our secondary packaging is made from FSC certified paper.

Your Herbitual® order should be processed & shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase, and should arrive within 3-8 days of order. Please email hello@myherbitual.com if you have any additional questions.
Orders received before 12pm PST are generally processed the same day, but we suggest anticipating a processing time of 24-48 hours maximum. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. Please allow 3-8 business days for standard shipping.
We offer a flat rate of $5.00 for standard shipping anywhere in the Continental US.
